Nobilis Care are a domiciliary care company who are expanding to support and care for clients in their own homes. Nobilis currently have 8 branches across the UK but are constantly expanding.
We are looking for a Regional Care Manager to support the growth of the company and oversee the quality of care delivered to our clients across multiple sites as well as being a talented individual who is passionate about providing quality care whilst remaining professional and business focused.
The role will be predominantly based in the south however occasional travel to Oldham will be required. You will visit each branch regularly and understand the day to day strengths and weaknesses and how to improve them.
Part of our plans are to acquire premises from other businesses and expand the areas we currently cover.
Ø NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care
Ø At least 2 years' experience in a similar role or as a Branch Manager within the Care industry
Ø Good communicator
Ø Analytical mindset with the ability to provide reports
Ø Strong operational experience
Ø Understanding of acquisitions and business start-ups preferable
Ø In depth knowledge of the care standards act and the national minimum standards
Ø Understanding of CQC requirements
Ø Expectational management skills and the ability to work under pressure
Ø Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Ø Good understanding of Microsoft packages
Ø Enhanced DBS check (provided by Nobilis)
