Avanti are currently partnering with a world leading software house based in Middlesbrough who are looking for a Support Engineer to join their team as they aim to digitalise their sector.
You will be the 2nd point of contact with Customers for technical enquiries and issues. You will be responsible for providing first class customer support and have a proactive approach when faced with technical problems.
You'll be joining an established team located at their main Tech Hub as they continue to grow rapidly within a company who are consistently looking for new and better ways of doing things. This is a great opportunity for progression as you'll have a defined career plan
·3 years experience in Frontline / 2nd line support
·Degree or equivalent education
·Knowledge of MS Office Applications
·Network and communication protocols
·Understanding of SaaS products
