We are looking for you to help us maintain our commitment to the highest quality of products that we offer to the market while we constantly innovate and improve them to meet our clients' needs. You will support product managers as new features are released, troubleshooting as needed and assisting with Root Cause Analysis. You will have visibility across the whole business, ensuring that new product features are successfully and consistently adopted.
For this role, you will need excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with evidence of successful stakeholder management and solid presentation and communication credentials. You will need to have the tenacity to drive tasks forward and prioritise well.
