A large NHS Trust in the North West is looking to bring in some additional interim support due to an increase in workload within the Workforce Information team.
Support the design and implementation of high quality workforce information reports.
Be the Subject matter expert in ESR and its reporting capability.
Provide detailed analysis of activity, and present this information to internal and external audiences as required.
Produce regular reports to meet the needs of a range of stakeholders both internally and externally.
Support the development of relevant QlikView dashboards and applications that are vital to the functioning of the Trust.
Support driving the optimisation of ESR across the Trust and plan, implement and promote the effective use of the system.
Work closely with the BI Team to facilitate the move of reporting onto QlikView, developing reports in BI.
Create and design reporting solutions which drive forward important workforce indicators enabling the Trust to provide triangulated and predictive rather than retrospective data for managers.
Line management of two Workforce Information Analysts.
Successful candidates will have:
Knowledge of ESR and experience of using reporting tools such as Business Intelligence
Experience of designing sophisticated reports and extracting information from Oracle based systems into Excel
Knowledge of MS Excel, ideally including use of pivot tables and V Lookup functions
Experience of collating and analysing statistical information
Significant experience of working with the ESR system or similar workforce system.
Experience of line managing a team
High level of proficiency in analysing and presenting complex data
