Content Manager / Training Manager - Onboarding experience - VERY competitive salary and benefits!! - Sheffield - South Yorkshire

One of Yorkshire's top 20 organisations have a superb opportunity for a Content Manager / Training Manager to deliver onboarding and training for existing and new projects to my client external clients. The target is to improve uptake and adoption rates and increase the engagement customers have with their products and services.

You will produce training content and run a variety of sessions for users to assist companies with the rollout of our software.

As a Content Manager / Training / Onboarding Manager you will be responsible for supporting clients software applications, designing and creating online, distance and traditional learning content assets, managing the content library within the Learning Management System (LMS) domains, supporting client engagement activities and delivering onboarding training for existing and new end user projects and engaging with internal and external SME's to determine learning needs and technical concepts and requirements for the design and development of learning assets

You will also work inside the Service Delivery team to establish suitable and effective project learning interventions relating to the relative suite of web and mobile applications, liaise with the Sales, Support and Development Teams to identify opportunities for the continuous improvement of the software whilst developing productive working relationships with key client stakeholders in the development, deployment and delivery of learning and development activities

You will be required to learn and understand the software with the objective of being able to write, present, produce video for and deliver training courses to clients, write and update user manuals, run training courses on client sites & in the office via video conferencing software to a variety of audience sizes , provide admin support to users as required, utilise customer feedback to aid coaching & training schedules and maintain / update the training records

Ideally, you will be familiar LMS applications (SAP Litmos cloud based is ideal however full training will be given) and be proficient in the deployment and management of complex Learning Management Systems within medium to large scale organisation(s), have experience in creating blended learning programmes, including multimedia, online and face to face learning materials and assets and instructional design and the implementation of e-learning packages, an innovative approach to training and delivery and be familiar with Articulate storyline and other articulate 360 applications or other related equivalents

Any experience in the execution and personal delivery of significant (Enterprise wide) training programmes within a technology or engineering context is beneficial.
