About The Role
The Development Finance Team, which is part of Corporate Finance, plays a key role in LiveWest's ambitious housing building programme. Our internal customers cover most areas of the business, but we are most closely aligned to the Development team who we work alongside as business partners. Our analysis and reports (which we are continually innovating) are used and referenced across the business and include board members and non-executive directors.
As an Assistant Management Accountant, you will support the effective evaluation and financial control of the development programme and will play a key supporting role in the production of management accounts. The role involves working closely with Project and New Business Managers within the Development directorate to assist setting up and maintaining project cashflows; assisting with the production of performance reports; providing personal leadership and promoting a group approach in all areas of responsibility.
