Product Manager - Digital / Customer Experience
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000
Working as a Digital Product Manager for a rapidly expanding telecoms provider, you will focus on building amazing customer experiences by acting as the critical conduit between Business and Technology which involves grooming Feature requests with the Business, collaborating on solution designs with Technology and looking after the flow of value during the Prioritisation of work. This role will focus on digital customer touchpoints (web, mobile app, campaign, chat bot) hence a strong background on digital platforms is essential.
-Development of a Product Roadmap
-Translate Business requirements to development teams and interpret technical feedback to the Business
-Calculate business / customer benefits with stakeholders when defining requirements in order to track the flow of value
-Be the voice of the customer in the context and value of the business requirements
-Manage the Product Backlog of epics and features and drive proiritisation
-Work with Project Managers / Solution Architects to ensure coordinated approach to the long-term product architecture roadmap and digital / platform strategy
-Conduct research, including customer feedback, and analyse data on market trends to identify product enhancement and development opportunities.
-Articulate and recommend product enhancements to support business objectives
-Advocate and champion the Agile iterative process within the Business (experience with SAFe is beneficial)
