We are a newly formed central support team for a MAT of 5 schools and we require a IT Helpdesk Manager to run and facilitate our support service. You will also be required to work on specific projects alongside the ICT Network Manager.
We are looking for someone who is experienced in providing either 1st or 2nd line support, and working on server and network infrastructures. You should also be organised, approachable and have strong customer care skills, as well as being an effective problem solver.
A valid Driver's licence is essential for this role, as the successful applicant will be working across a number of schools within the Trust.
Trust in Learning is an education charity formed in 2008.The central IT team at supports the Trust and the following schools:-
•Bridge Learning Campus (3 - 16 years)
•Filton Avenue Primary School (4 - 10 years)
•Orchard School Bristol (11 - 16 years)
•Parson Street Primary School (3 - 10 years)
Trust in Learning central IT team also supports other Schools: -
•New Fosseway Special School (4 - 19 years)
•Kingsweston School ( 4 - 19 years)
