Our client is a well-known and established business looking for Service Management Support to join the team. The ideal candidate would have worked within a small business with varied responsibilities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide regular updates to Clients on the progress of projects, changes, and service performance.
Develop open and effective channels of communication building strong work relationships.
To drive innovation within assigned contracts and measure the impact of change.
Manage revenue leakage through the routine review and reconciliation of invoiced services.
Encourage revenue growth by supporting Account teams identify and position additional services.
Maintain a roadmap for key accounts to maximise growth and protect renewal targets.
Analysis services and provide operational management with guidance on areas for improvement.
+3 years' experience in a customer service or client management role.
+1 years' experience in a management position preferred.
Strong communication skills required.
The ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships.
Proficient in the use of MS office applications specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
