Our client is a large provider of adult education and community / lifelong learning.
Reporting into their Principal, you will be tasked with improving their delivery of training and education services, and optimising their online and remote delivery capabilities.
You will lead and support their continuous improvement strategy, and will work with colleagues on projects and programmes across the organisation, such as (for example) the following areas: student recruitment, curriculum planning, quality assurance, operations / delivery, and team / organisational development.
You will be a proven leader within the adult education and / or further education sectors; whilst this role calls for commercial / financial awareness and first-hand experience of quality assurance and curriculum planning, the ability to problem-solve and lead colleagues in an inclusive manner to design and implement a variety of innovative solutions will be required for success.
This is an interim contract (likely to be offered for a maximum of 6 months in the first instance); whilst our client is based in the West Midlands, their offices are currently closed - although there may be the requirement for very occasional travel, it is envisaged that this role will be performed remotely for the duration of the contract, so candidates will must be able to work remotely, and will not need to commute into the office (i.e. you can be based anywhere in the country).
