For one of our clients, who is located in beautiful Gibraltar, we are currently looking for a German speaking High Value Customer Manager. The main goal of this position is to identify, assess and to manage the client's High Value Customers while working closely with other internal departments in the process. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Effectively identifying the client's High Value Customers using set criteria
  • Reviewing possible High Value Customers to enter the programme
  • Determining the correct level of reward and providing the first point of contact
  • Working closely with multiple other internal teams, addressing the correct stakeholders
  • Assisting with various other tasks within the scope of the position

About you:

To be successful in this position it is vital for you to be positive and someone who is able to prioritise and likes to both launch and execute new initiatives to get the job done. A relocation package is available to help you get started in your new environment if needed!

Profile:
  • Required to be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience within Online Gaming with a proven track record of achieving KPI's
  • Understanding of Safer Gambling processes and able to take appropriate steps
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of Sports, Casino and the industry as a whole
  • Must be able to relocate to and start in Gibraltar on short notice, or local
