Underpinning many functions in the business is Salesforce and you will play a key role as the resident domain Salesforce expert, supporting the leadership team and strategy for Salesforce related matters, overseeing implementation, integration & configuration projects, driving enhancements and aiming to improve workflows and data quality. You will have the opportunity to help drive forward the strategy for extending the Salesforce platform within the business, ensuring that it continues to add business value.
Using your strong stakeholder management skills you will collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand and solve problems and simplify, extend and improve processes. This business-facing role will blend technical responsibilities with consulting and you'll take the time to understand what the business is trying to achieve and then work alongside internal resources to customise and deliver fit for purpose solutions.
Smart, driven and highly proactive, you will need to bring solid experience in Salesforce administration & integration with excellent knowledge of Sales & Service Cloud. You will possess good experience of developing and enhancing dashboards & reports and will be able to manage and juggle multiple projects and deadlines at the same time. You must have strong stakeholder management skills, excellent communication skills and be highly analytical, with the ability to manage and drive data quality. Salesforce development skills are a nice to have and not essential but you should come with at least a Salesforce Administrator Certification (a Sales Cloud Certification would also be desirable).
This is a fully remote role which may require some occasional European travel to offices in Germany. An excellent salary of £40k-£55k (depending on experience) plus other benefits is on offer to the successful candidate. APPLY NOW!
