Adecco Hanley are looking to recruit an experienced ICT assistant to provide 1st and 2nd line support for our client based in Stoke. The role is temporary ongoing, working Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm- 35 hours a week. Rate of pay is £10.98 per hour. Immediate start required. This role includes working within a small team to assist colleagues and other departments enabling the group to use technology effectively and ensure the smooth delivery of the helpdesk.
Provide excellent customer service on the ICT service desk, providing 1st and 2nd line support. Ensure issues are resolved within agreed service level targets and log third party support calls Support the testing and installation of new hardware and software developments Setup and maintenance of mobile devices (IOS and Android) Maintain the hardware and software inventory to track all ICT assets Deliver consistently outstanding customer service ensuring that our customer's satisfaction levels remain high Work with various teams and colleagues to determine specific issues and support smarter ways of working Provide assistance/cover for other members of the ICT team as requiredAdecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
