Experienced First Line Analyst in Stevenage earning £10.00 per hour working with reputable IT company

Your new company: We are looking for an Experienced First Line Analyst to join a team full-time with a major player in the airline industry in Stevenage through a reputable leader in the IT industry, earning £10.00 per hour.

Your new role: A new and fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Technical 1st Line Analyst, to join a Service Desk team for one of our prestigious customers in Stevenage earning £10.00 per hour. The role will focus on providing the optimum service to customers as a first point of contact for any customers with IT related issues. The primary duties will be to receive and accurately log incidents, providing resolution wherever possible, or to pass those incidents on to the most appropriate technical teams for resolution, within the agreed SLA's and in a 1st line/ 2nd line environment.

What you'll need to succeed: The idea candidate either currently holds SC clearance or is able to go through SC clearance acquisition process (6-8 week process). You will also have an excellent technical understanding of Microsoft Services such as; Windows, Active Directory, Office Suites; and experience with multiple call logging ticket systems.
