Your new company
We are currently working with an exciting, growing, International organisation located in North Oxfordshire who are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join them on a permanent basis. This role is currently based remotely however some travel will be required in the future.

Your new role
As HR Manager you will be responsible for the updating and implementing policy and procedure. You will work closely with key stakeholders in the business to create and improve the people development processes, including introducing new competency frameworks and key performance indicators. You will take responsibility for implementing a new review process, engaging and training line managers on the process.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this position you will be able to demonstrate the ability to work with senior stakeholders within an organisation, delivering training and coaching. You will have previously worked at management level, ideally within an international organisation.
