Great opportunity for a Banking or Accounts Payable team leader

This large organisation based in Central Birmingham, close to public transport links and in great new build offices are a growing and changing organisation who are looking to recruit for a Banking team leader. This innovative organisation have had a need arise for a Team leader of a small team of 2 who cover the invoice processing, employee expenses and reconciliations.
Your new role
This role is overseeing the 2 Clerks in the team and assisting them with their set duties. You will need to Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including the large vendor base. You will be able to get involved with a number of projects and will need to make sure that all operations are standardised and followed. You will be responsible for administering full end-to-end invoice processing, including scanning, invoice matching to purchase orders and the chasing down of outstanding invoices/PO's.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you will ideally have experience in Accounts Payable roles previously and team leading/supervisory roles in the past. You will have ideally worked in a large shared service centre environment or large company previously and be used to fast paced, high volume environments.
