We are looking to recruit an experience Purchasing Assistant to join a leading and well established organisation on a temporary to permanent basis.

This role is to work Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week

The role is reporting to the purchasing manager

Duties to include:
Compare product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors when there are discrepancies

Register the purchase orders for all the cost items on the system

Run regular reports and data analysis

Registering on the system and guarantee updating and maintenance of the local framework contracts

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in a similar role

Excellent IT skills

Have the ability to communicate with all levels

Good time management skills
