Due to growth we now have a fantastic career opportunity in our in house training and assessor company for a Teacher & Learning Assessor focusing on clinical assessments. If you're passionate about helping people reach their potential by supporting apprentices on apprenticeship standards, delivering short courses and bespoke training packages we would love to hear from you.

You will be responsible for creating an individualised, unique learner journey for a group of clinical apprentices, recognising and tailoring the delivery to match their identified needs and requirements for our level 5 Assistant Practitioner qualifications. You will also be the Assessor of these Apprentices. The Teaching and Learning Coach will also deliver specialist within clinical skills to our employer based clients.

What are your main duties and responsibilities as Teacher & Learning Assessor - Clinical?

Collating and reporting key delivery information in a timely manner;
Managing a caseload of up to 30 clinical Apprentices ensuring they remain on track with their apprenticeship programmes;
Assist in the planning and setting up of new training including developing and writing new programmes to support the needs of the business.
To deliver specialist clinical skills and knowledge such as; catheterisation, phlebotomy, peg feed, buccal administration and physiological measurements;
Act as an ambassador for Training Now;
Improving participation level and results of clinical apprentices and employer satisfaction survey;
Ensuring administrative documents are submitted in a timely manner and meet both quality and audit standards;
Providing bespoke advice and guidance to prospective learners to enable them to make informed decisions regarding their qualifications and career;
Deliver new sector specific skills, knowledge and behaviours to apprentices in accordance to their needs as indicated by their initial assessments.What Agincare offer you as Teacher & Learning Assessor - Clinical:

A minimum 2 years' experience in training and apprenticeship delivery and clinical skills;
Computer literate including MS Office;
Excellent communication and presentation skills, a high level of written & spoken English;
English & Maths at level 2 or above;
Relevant occupational competency qualifications are essential;
A1 Level 3 award in assessing candidates using a range of methods is desirable;
V1 Level 4 award in Conducting Internal Quality Assurance of the Assessment process is desirable;
Active PIN and / or up to date Clinical CPD is desirable
