A successful medium sized financial firm are looking for a Strategic Product Manager to head up the re-development of a new platform to offer a breadth of product pricing functionality and scalability, consolidating the functionality of separate systems and building in the flexibility to handle new products as they are introduced. This is a new, Pivotal Manager role, working in an agile environment, 2 levels down from CTO, where you will be owning the platform development from beginning to send, liaising with key business stakeholders and ensuring the deliverable are as agreed, guiding the development of in house, near shore and outsourced development partners.

A technical, development background is required, incorporating architecture, as you will work together with the senior architects and development leads to create the Roadmap to meet the business needs. You business background will include extensive development of platforms in the Equities/fund management are with pricing and analytics being of particular interest. The new platform will be cloud based (AWS, GCP, Azure), involving both Java and .net technology with Data Analytics, devops/containerizarion and microservices so knowledge of these and/or other current technologies is expected.

This is a growing firm with bullet-proof revenues that enable in them to invest in this and on-going business led technology projects.
