This role will be responsible for the leadership and management of the UK Payroll and Benefits team covering all UK and some EMEA entities.

Client Details

My client is a large, global multifaceted Financial Services organisation with their European Head Office based here in Central London. This role is a maternity cover until end of February 2021 at least.

Description

Lead and manage the UK and EMEA Payroll Team
Maintain Payroll, Benefits and immigration policies
Develop and maintain the Payroll model
Process improvements and implementation
Subject matter expert and functional owner of policy, process and procedures
Manage and respond to changes in legislation and regulation
Ensure data integrity and accuracy
Policy development
Continuous review and improvement of HR and Payroll policyProfile

To be successful in this role you must have had significant previous experience in a Payroll Management position, preferably within Financial Services. Ideally you will have held a UK and EMEA remit. You must be immediately available to commence and able to commit until at least the end of February 2021.
