Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Lead)
Lutterworth (Magna Park, Distribution Centre).
Day Shifts: Monday to Friday 8:00am until 4:30pm.
Salary: £39,000 p/a.
Benefits: Paid Overtime, 33 Days Holiday, 6.5% Matched Pension, Sick pay.

Reason for hire: This opening has come available due to a retirement, the former Lead Engineer completed 14 successful years with the business and will be handing over to the successful recruit.

Site & Role

40,000 sq/m Distribution Centre, the Lead Engineer and team of 4 Electrical Technicians are responsible for the maintenance of the site, from repairs to Vanderlande parcel sortation systems, through to the facilities and building maintenance.



Maximising output through timely breakdown repairs.


Delivering projects such as Capex, Power, Data, Plumbing and facilities upgrades.


Minimising machinery downtime through ensuring PPM's are completed weekly.


Supervising maintenance team and overseeing sub-contractors.


Hands on maintenance when required, electro-mechanical repairs to plant and facilities.

Entry Requirements

10 years experience as a Maintenance Engineer (Electrically biased).

Distribution Centre experience would be advantageous, transferable industry knowledge is considered.

City & Guilds, NVQ or BTEC Level 3 qualified in Electrical Maintenance or Installation.

Good with people, organised and results driven.
