Bakkavor's Group Services functions are based in Spalding, Lincolnshire with a small number of people working at the Group's Head Office in London. There are around 350 working across functions such as IT, Procurement, Finance, HR, Technical, Marketing and Administration.

JOB DETAIL

A fantastic permanent opportunity for a to join the team at our food manufacturing facility at Bakkavor Group Services as Network & Data Centre Analyst.

The Network & Data Centre Analyst plays an essential role within the Platform team ensuring the infrastructure that underpins the Group's critical services is running at optimal performance. The team's main objective is to develop, implement and maintain the platform that enable technical solutions to be hosted and ensure they are fit for purpose and deliver within the capacity, availability, continuity and security to adhere to technology and business standards.

The Network & Data Centre Analyst role's primary responsibility is the effective delivery of the lifecycle management of technologies and their availability. This includes delivery of new solutions, supporting and providing knowledge transfer to other support teams and meeting agreed KPIs and SLAs, especially during major incidents.

The role holder must adhere to IS and company policies, procedures, audit and legal requirements. Seek opportunities to improve the efficiency of IS policies and procedures.

The Successful candidate ideally would have experience in;

Cisco trained or Qualified
Cisco networks / Cisco Wireless Networks
Cisco Routing Experience
Cisco Firewalls
Running platforms
ASA / FTD
2nd and 3rd line support engineering
Mytel Telephone system experience would be advantageousTravel to other UK and international sites may be required
