1st Line Support, Swindon, 3-month contract, up to £130 pd

For my prestigious Client I am seeking an enthusiastic 1st Line Support Specialist with outstanding communication skills and "can-do" attitude to join the team based in Swindon on a contract basis with the initial duration of 3 months. You will be expected to provide support to the company's staff and ensure operating systems and software are maintained at an appropriate level and upgrades.

Essential requirements for the role:

Strong IT desktop support experience within dynamic and technical environment
Strong knowledge of Windows 10 Operating System
Microsoft Exchange server and Outlook 2016
In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (2010 & 2016)
Experience of working with Citrix XenApp Server
Experience of working with VMWare VDI
Experience of working with various telephony solutions including SIP & VOIP
Experience of working with Windows 2008, 2012 and 2019 Server operating systems
Knowledge of Active Directory (User creation/deletion, password resets etc.)
Some experience of Local Area Networking, Ethernet and TCP/IP.Please do not hesitate to apply
