My client is a world leading aircraft manufacturer and are looking for a Technical Training Coordinator to join their team in Farnborough. This role is integral to the continued growth and development of the company and operates on a Monday - Friday basis working normal office hours.
As a Training Coordinator you will not only perform training duties, but also ensure that all training activities are maintained in a timely and efficient manner as well as supporting the business partner in ensuring all training is delivered in line with current regulations and policies
As a Training Coordinator your role will be varied but will include undertaken such tasks as
Developing and maintaining training policies and procedures
Developing and administering the overall Training Budget
Develop a training department strategy for all levels of staff
Researching changes to the Regulations (e.g. EASA, FAA)
Provide regulatory expertise and support to business partners
Assist with providing solutions for changes to applicable Regulations and Corporate Policies 6. Researches solutions to training needs (TNA)
Lead, and administers as necessary, the OJT Programme
Lead, and administers as necessary the current Apprenticeship Programme
Develop and lead a CAA approved Apprenticeship Programme
Develop projects to continuously improve the quality and cost-effectiveness of the training programme
Education and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in aviation sciences, quality systems or related field preferred.
Previous experience of the delivery of training required.
Highly preferred. Part 147.
