Programmatic Product and Development Director - Technology -Staffordshire with remote working flexibility options - £60,000

A vibrant technology company based in the programmatic space are looking for a Product Director to lead their product and dev team.

This transparent programmatic marketing platform allows marketing budgets to be spent in the right places at the right times. With user experience, flexibility and state of the art targeting capabilities, this business is looking for a true leader who wants to join the team, make a difference and really put their name to development and change.

In your role as Programmatic Product and Development Director, you will take ownership for the product strategy and roadmap identifying potential improvements to platform along the way.

You will need to demonstrate extensive experience in a product owner role or equivalent;managing agile software development teams whilst being accountable for customer experience, research and product prioritisation.

They are looking for a bright, proactive and passionate individual to lead the team and help take them their clients to the next level.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • The head of product will oversee product direction and work with developers to grow the platform and our offering
  • Have a full up to date understanding of programmatic
  • SAAS product development
  • High-growth start-up culture
  • Experience defining and implementing continuous process improvement
  • Experience of AdTech / Advertising / Marketing sectors
  • Understanding of the programmatic industry who can find solutions to challenges in the industry (including a knowledge of GDPR) - solution finder with a positive attitude
  • You'll build the trust of colleagues to keep them informed and to deliver on expectations

Skills and Attributes
  • Require industry knowledge in the programmatic space
  • There is a computer science aspect of the role
  • A passion for delivering great products and great customer experience
  • Experience defining and implementing continuous process improvement
  • Experience of AdTech / Advertising / Marketing sectors
  • Ability to blend instinct, consultation, and objective analysis to make the right decisions in a timely manner
  • A methodical approach and be able to proactively foresee issues
  • An energetic, self-motivated and motivational style, that stimulates pace and creativity from colleagues in a positive manner
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to adjust your message to the audience
  • Wants to contribute and make a difference
  • Has ideas and not scared of sharing them
