I am working on behalf of a highly reputable home care service provider that requires a strong Registered Manager to oversee the start-up of their new franchise and then to run the day to day operations of the service.

The Company:

They are an up and coming provider of premium home care within the UK. It is a franchise set-up and this specific branch is a new start-up. The company's visions and ethos go hand-in-hand with delivering person-centred care.

They are care led, meaning all of their services are provided with sensitivity and are individualised to the needs of the people within the local community. They currently have approximately 5 franchises in the UK with many more in the pipeline ready to be established.

The role:

As the Registered Manager of a new start-up you will be heavily assisting in all operations from registering with CQC to getting business in the community. You will be overseeing the day to day running of the service including care plans, risk assessments, audits and adhering to all CQC regulations etc. You will also be responsible for maintaining good levels of training & staff development, ensuring high levels of compliance are achieved, overseeing the promotion and marketing of the branches services amongst other duties.

The Person:

You will be a personable, positive and essentially strong registered branch manager or business manager and have a proven successful track record within care management. You will have a good understanding of CQC key lines of enquiry and have the ability to positively maintain Good CQC scores across the board. You will have excellent business sense, with a good understanding of policies & procedures and the ability to take the company to the next level and a desire to work to high standards. You will be a resilient individual with excellent leadership qualities and be able to develop your team in a competitive area.

The Salary:

£32,000 pa + Car allowance!
