My client, a leading service provider with a history of supporting people with complex mental health needs and learning disabilities, is looking for recruit a Cluster Manager.
You will report into the Head of Service and be responsible for managing a number of services within the Camden area. These are newly acquired services that require a manager with strong leadership and a history of delivering high quality care services.
As the Cluster Manager, you will manage a number of services with the responsibility for leading teams to provide support to people with a range of low to high support needs. You will be responsible for delivering contracts in line with commissioners and funders' expectations.
You will coach and mentor your teams to embrace a person-centred approach; to enable the people we support to achieve their full potential, goals and aspirations. You will also ensure high standards of person-centred support is continuously developed and maintained, working with families, the local community and other providers.
Duties will include:
Manage multi-site supported living or residential care services.
Deputise for the Area Manager internally and externally and act as the lead for specific areas of work, such as recovery, CQC, Individual service funds etc.
Accountable for the delivery of results, personally and through others, involving performance management, staff development and support, and ensuring a culture of customers focused recovery and culturally competent service delivery.
Play an active role in developing and maintaining relevant local partnerships and networks and building an excellent reputation for the services.
Provide skilled leadership and management to a cluster of supported living accommodation services ensuring high standards of performance and quality.
