Our client, a global leading telecommunication company, is recruiting for a Digital Contents Production Operator to join their business in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities:

  • CPC(Content Production Centre) operation management on a day-to-day basis
  • Community structure and asset management (new category/board creation, Tagging structure...etc)
  • User/Authority management, Email template management
  • Working with the community platform vendor to address, resolve, and communicate any issues;
  • Manages and troubleshoots regular platform upgrades in collaboration with Lithium;
  • Recommends and implements new community features as appropriate.
  • Maintain good and strong relationships with all key liaisons
  • Requires strong business acumen, to be proactive, to be support orientated, strong social media and IT proficiency, excellent people & communication skills, project management & coordination skills and have excellent attention to detail to be successful in this position in a highly innovative & fast-paced company.
  • The direction of activities associated with CS team
  • Platform Tech Support Coordination as liaison with internal technical teams
  • Real-time support for related platforms
  • SEO/Adobe Analytics & DTM support
  • CPC training and user guide updates for setup or new features
  • Technical review for cross-platform integration and new tool introduction for channel roll-out discussing with relevant team (SDS HQ/System operation team )


Qualifications:

  • Digital contents creation and translation management experience
  • 1 ~ 2 years IT experience or equivalent preferably with in a large and challenging multi-national organisation
  • Proactive, independent, responsible attitude.
  • Strong experience in working with the large organization, multiple stakeholders, and big agencies
  • Good understanding of utilizing analytics/data and QA process to monitor, evaluate and optimize web content performance
  • Knowledge of SEO/Analytic Tool management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication (clear, accurate, complete, actionable)
  • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Global or European experience an advantage
  • Issue resolution and escalation (JIRA experience preferred)
  • Additional European languages are an advantage.
