Our client, the UK's market leading specialist in their field, is offering a great opportunity to join their team at a time of continued growth and success. They are looking for a Supplier Manager who will work with their team of associates to ensure best delivery of their services. This is a varied and rewarding role for an individual with previous Supplier/Account Management experience gained within the professional services arena.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the Supplier/Associate network including mobilisation, agreement of commercial terms, agreeing SLA's and quality monitoring.
Job Description:
Proactive identification of talent for external Supplier through monitoring and participation on industry forums, relevant social media groups along with actively seeking referral and recommendation
Initial call with potential new Supplier to ascertain if they have relevant experience
Oversee Supplier/Associate tracker to ensure bank of potential Suppliers remains at the required level
Coordinate ongoing communication with potential Supplier group
Ensure relevant legal documentation is completed for each new e.g. Registration form, references, ID checks and contract
Coordinate and deliver Mobilisation sessions via online platforms
Post mobilisation, ensure Supplier is added to relevant systems and schedules to enable effective day to day management and reporting
Daily referral of new participants to Coaching Team
Speak to Suppliers to brief on referrals, utilising the Operations Administrator, where required
Update delivery spreadsheet to ensure all delivery costs are captured accurately
Build strong working relationships in order to maintain high engagement levels with the Supplier network
Deal with incoming queries in a timely manner
Review APL's with Associate to ensure SLA's are being met and identify any engagement issues which need flagging to Operations Account Manager
Support Associate team and Operations Account Manager with engaging with participants
Manage end to end feedback process from distribution of surveys to collating results for monthly reports
Coordinate Month end invoicing activity to ensure company reporting deadlines are met
Ensure invoices reconciled against delivery spreadsheet and investigate any queries with the Supplier
Responsible for accurate completion of month end Invoice overview to be sent to accounts of payment and dealing with invoicing queries
Continuing to identify areas for improvement across all aspects of Associate Management
Build understanding of our competitors through this network and feedback to Leadership/Commercial team
In absence of administrator, responsible for these elements of the daily referral management process i.e. uploads, control sheets
Person Specification:
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build strong working relationships quickly
* Team/Account management experience in a professional services arena
* Strong planning & organisation skills
* Attention to detail, structured and methodical approach
* Self-motivated with a 'can-do' attitude
* Flexible in approach to respond to changing needs and business priorities and willingness to get stuck into different tasks
* Quick to respond to requests - speed & efficiency
* Numerical Skills & ability to interrogate data
* IT literacy and competent using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
