This is a full-time permanent position as an operations administrator in a busy Asset Management department. This opportunity gives you the chance to join a fast growing team with a great potential to grow and develop.

Main duties and responsibilities

Meeting deadlines
Liaison with Client, Advisers, Providers, Team Members and third parties
Updating reports on Microsoft Excel.
Daily Settlement reconciliation completed for all custodians
Daily Distribution reconciliation for all custodians
Investigation and resolution of unmatched distribution payments
Reviewing all Corporate action events, and ensure accurately applied to client accounts
Reviewing daily price feed from date vendors to identify static and stale asset prices
Provision of technical information both verbally and in writing around respective processes
Completing updates to the database to ensure that records are accurately maintained
Dealing confidently with internal, client, and adviser enquiries by email and secure messaging
Providing general support to the Team/Manager
Ensuring that work is prioritised correctly so that SLAs are met

The Ideal Candidate will;

Have at least 1 years experience in the financial sector.
Be organised and methodical when approaching tasks.
Have confidence in working towards high standards, excellent quality and customer responsiveness
Takes pride in their work
Pays attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft packages including Excel and Word
Be an effective communicator
