Principal Accountabilities:

  • To put the interests of clients
    and the integrity of the market at the heart of the way we do business.
  • To ensure that all direct
    reports are adequately trained and competent to enable them to be successful in
    putting the interests of clients and the integrity of the market at the heart
    of the way they do business


Revenue Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the revenues of those clients within your portfolio.





The
Role


  • Preparing material for client
    meetings
  • Review client data and conduct
    exploratory data analysis
  • Identify appropriate
    probability models for actuarial modelling of risk frequency & severity
  • Model, quantify, and value
    insurable risks faced by our corporate clients.
  • Produce presentations in
    PowerPoint and formal reports in Word
  • Present results of analysis to
    clients
  • Contribute to Research and
    Development projects to ensure our propositions are regularly refreshed
  • Maintain a comprehensive audit
    trail for all analytical work


The
Requirements


Qualifications:

  • Mathematics or related discipline degree
    level
  • Advanced computer modelling skills
  • Membership of Institute and Faculty of
    Actuaries



Skills:

  • Commitment to complete actuarial exams
  • Intellectual curiosity to deliver
    insightful analysis to tight deadlines
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • General Insurance experience
