Technical Helpdesk Support Engineer
£23,000 - £26,000 per annum (DOE)
Our client is looking for a Technical Helpdesk Support Engineer to join their team. Providing first line telephone support to customers, you will have a confident, friendly telephone manner. You will also provide guidance on installation/programming and fault finding and will ideally have electrical/mechanical knowledge.
To answer technical telephone and priority line, satisfying customer requests for technical advice.
Prioritise support to account holders
Offer the highest level of Customer Service at all times seeking the assistance when necessary
Maintain a safe, neat and tidy workplace at all times
Support the company in it's maintenance of quality standards
A confident telephone manner
Previous experience / knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical products
A positive attitude to ensure resolution and a positive customer experience.
The salary is £23,000 - £26,000 depending on experience and this will be discussed with you. Working hours are 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday (45 mins lunch break) and 8.30am to 4.00pm on a Friday (45 mins lunch break).
Free parking is available onsite as well as kitchen facilities. Social distancing is currently in place within the offices and warehouse.
