Billing & Contract Administration Manager

Vitae Financial Recruitment have been instructed to work with this market leading business services organisation who are re-defining their market through exceptional growth, service and focus on staff development.
As part of this impressive growth we are seeking an experienced billing and contracts manager to lead a high performing team who are tasked with ensuring customer contracts are correctly maintained and customers are billed right first time in accordance with contract specifics.
We are seeking an experience billing manager with exceptional leadership skills who has previously managed high performing teams within a business services organisation.
Key duties will include;
*Leading, coordinating and developing a team of 6 staff.
*Management and administration of customer base in excess of 1000 clients
*Overseeing the preparation of all sales invoices in accordance with group policies and contract nuances
*Maintaining, creating and amending contracts to ensure right first-time billing
*Overseeing the generation and checking of billing runs in accordance with timetables
*Defining and implementing new client on boarding
*Developing internal procedures and processes to ensure correct records are maintain and external auditor reviews satisfied
*Working closed with the finance team to ensure month end procedures and deadlines are followed and support Year End Audit
*Assist the Head of Finance with projects that may arise in the development of the business
*Run training sessions with internal management on Finance processes
*Attend regional meetings and present as required
*Various reporting duties around Revenue
The successful applicant with have;
*Previous experience within a billing, contract and business services environment
*Previous experience of managing and developing a high performing team
*A demonstrable track record of developing processes and systems to ensure accurate data is maintained and management according to strict control policies.
*Significant exposure to customer contract administration and billing
*Experience using complex and IT systems.
*Ability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment undergoing change due to development and growth.
