Page Personnel are recruiting a Project Support Officer for a business based in York on a 6 months fixed term basis.
The client is a business within the FMGC industry and they are looking for a Project Support Officer to join them for the next 6 months to support the Project Managers.
The role of the Project Support Officer is to support the team to ensure that all projects are governed and administered correctly in line with the guidelines and the approved Project Business Cases and Project Management Plans.
The Fixed Term Projects Support Officer will be responsible for -
Support the Project Manager with templates for project management documents and processes Maintain project plans and schedules, risk registers and action logs in support of the Project Manager Organise, prepare materials for and participate in project stakeholder meetings Document and follow up on important actions and decisions Ensure all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project, including version control Work with all members of the Leadership Team to produce programme and portfolio reports Act as a reference point for project and programme queries from internal and external stakeholders Create a project management calendar Provide administrative support as requiredProfile
The Fixed Term Projects Support Officer will have/be -
Experience as a Project Support Officer PRINCE2 Foundation certification is desirable Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management Strong client facing and teamwork skills Flexible approach with problem solving skills
