We are looking for a commercially minded, motivated individual to manage all of our digital marketing needs. As a world class global publisher of video games this is a unique opportunity to join a fast moving, growing business with an ever growing client base. The ideal candidate does not need to have worked within the video game industry before, but an interest in the sector would be beneficial.

We are looking for that exceptional candidate to manage a 6-figure marketing budget across various products and platforms. Role remit:

Increase sales figures through digital marketing channels.
Identify changes in landscape/technologies/trends and implement changes.
Use digital feedback to predict performance and advise acquisition.
Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns in line with business plan.
Ensure all activities are measurable, and can be tracked.
You will need to have:

Practical experience with Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/Reddit/AdWords/Email/Remarketing is essential.
Confidence to comfortably present to senior management/CEO/External Clients,.
The right candidate will be:

Flexible, as the requirements of the role may change daily, you will need to be flexible enough to respond.
Motivated enough to work with minimal micromanagement. Drive to succeed is imperative.
Analytical. Part of your role involves you to present results and statistics in detail, helping explain cause and consequence of any marketing activity.
Able to work in a small, driven team.
Salary is between £30,000 and £35,000 depending on experience.
