IT Support Analyst, 2nd Line, VMware, Cloud, PowerShell, Network, Hardware
This advanced solutions provider requires a driven and self-motivated IT Support Analyst to join their busy technical services team and motivate those around them. They are based in Chorley and they will offer you an excellent salary and benefits package. The key to this role is installing, operating, and maintaining systems, hardware, software, and related infrastructure.

The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for:

Local infrastructure and IT Support
Deploying and configuring server infrastructure
Monitoring all network, security, and computer systems
Managing storage, virtualized environment, servers, productivity tools and network devices
Keeping up to date with latest infrastructure technology advances
The following skills and experience are required:

1st and 2nd line support levels
Experience using HyperV and VMware
Excellent technical background in a hosted service environment including networks, infrastructure, hardware, software, and telecoms
Experience with incident ticketing systems
Experience deploying and configuring into cloud environments and scripting with PowerShell
Excellent attention to detail and knowledge of ITIL industry standards
