Your new company A long established and successful large organisation in Doncaster are looking to recruit a new role in line with their business plan
Your new role This new role is to provide information and analysis to the HR function on HR metrics and also recommendations/advice on this information. This will including reward/benefits information. You will then assist the HR department with developing a agenda and strategy around this area.
What you'll need to succeed The successful applicant will have analysis experience - ideally within HR and also Pay/Reward/Benefits.. You will have excellent IT skills especially with Excel spreadsheets to a advanced level - to present and manipulate data. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required at all levels to gain and present key finding and information.
