My Client, a market leading, multidisciplinary Engineering and Environmental Consultancy, which specialises in Drainage Engineering and Waste Water Modelling, is searching for an Assistant Modeller to join their Modelling Team based in Haywards Heath.

This exciting role will offer candidates the opportunity to join a friendly team of Engineers to complete Drainage and Pipeline Projects for Residential Development Projects for Water Companies, Local Authorities and Private Sector Clients.

As a Drainage Consultant you will be required to complete technical work including;

-Flood Risk Assessments for Sewers.

-Flood Risk Mapping using ArcGIS.

-Drainage Strategy for Planning Applications.

-Waste Water Modelling, Model Build and Verification using Infoworks ICM.

-Drainage Area Planning.

This role offers a competitive salary, substantial benefits package, company benefits and career progression.

It is essential that applicants have a strong BSc and/or MSc in Civil Engineering, Environmental Management, Geoscience, Hydrology or Civil Engineering and experience working for a Consultancy or Local Authority completing drainage strategies or Hydraulic Modelling using Infoworks or Hec-Ras.

It is essential for applicants to reside locally and have a keen interest in Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Area Planning.
