We are currently looking for an Payroll/Accounts Administrator for our client in Kings Hill

To assist the Payroll & Accounts Manager with all aspects of the monthly processing of all company payrolls and accounts duties of which include:


Supporting payroll manager in company payrolls from start to finish:

Starter and leaver information, employee changes, statutory payments, deductions and payments, expenses and overtime.

Calculating, processing and updating records for sick and unpaid leave.

Processing company pensions with monthly submissions to pension companies.

Preparing Pension End of Year reports.

Resolving all payroll queries.


Supporting and Assisting the Accounts Team with all aspects of Sales and Purchase Ledger processing for all companies to include:

Managing Accounts and Payroll Team email boxes.

Telephone calls, scanning & photocopying.

Sales and Purchase invoices input onto Sage.

Credit Control

Banking receipts and Bank reconciliations.

Petty cash and credit card processing and reconciliation

Weekly BACS payment runs

Skills required

Experience in Sage Payroll and Sage Accounts

Experience in accounts payable and receivable

Accuracy and attention to detail

Good general IT skills (including SAGE software and Excel)

Full Time - 40 hours per week


Length of work - Ongoing with the potential of becoming permanent

Salary - £10-£13ph
