A little context

If you are interested in an entry level role within the Quality function of one of the worlds largest companies in healthcare and wellbeing this could be the role for you! This role will provide you with a great opportunity to start developing a range of skills. You will be expected to support our managers with administration for their projects and data control in this busy team. You will also be expected to log phone calls and maintain reports. This team plays a key role in launching new generic medicines and medical devices across our European markets and would be a great place to start a new and exciting career.

What we will need from you:

Your support for planning and preparation of internal audits and the tracking of quality plans. You will need to organise documents, schedules and utilise some project management skills.

Your support in the delivery of quality reviews, working with suppliers to obtain the necessary documentation and collecting data from the markets.

Your ability to check our IT systems for accuracy in data input.

Your support for reported incidents and quality complaints with our suppliers. Dealing with suppliers and producing reports.

Your ability to support the teams in preparation of artwork to be used with our products. This will include working with design agencies, suppliers and local markets to coordinate the delivery of this project work.

Your ability to develop strong working relationships with our suppliers.

Other bits:

You will be a school / college leaver with life sciences subjects and maybe some work experience.

You will have good knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular excel.

You should be able to communicate clearly and logically, both orally and in writing.

You should be well organised and be someone who thrives under pressure when things get busy.
