Experienced Accountancy / Finance professional sought!!
This would suit a SME Finance Manager, experienced Bookkeeper, experienced Accounts Assistant!
I am exclusively partnering with a small business based in Crawley. They are looking for an experienced finance professional to look after their entire finance function, reporting into senior Management.
If you like to take control of the accounts for a business from start to finish, are a competent user of Xero/QuickBooks or Sage and confident on Excel to an intermediate level, I want to hear from you!
Permanent, Full time
Competitive salary - £23,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience
The below are the essential duties you will undertake:
Managing transactional finance processing including Purchase and Sales Ledger processes
Matching POs with purchase invoices
Bank reconciliations, Expenses, and petty cash
Preparing payment runs
Dealing with invoice queries
Preparation of daily journals entries
Entering data into the General Ledger System
Production of timely and accurate management accounts
Production of sales reports and analysis
Cost, margin, and overheads analysis
Completing VAT returns
Good working knowledge of Excel (Lookups, Pivot tables, formulas) is needed!
