Primary School in Chorley require a Year 5 Teacher

Experience in a KS2 Class is essential.

Qualified Teacher Status is also a necessity.

October Half Term Start

Teaching Personnel are currently working exclusively with a reputable Primary School located in Chorley, in order to shortlist and appoint a Year 5 teacher to start from October half term.

The Head of School has commented that she would like a Primary practitioner who can work collectively with the children, their parents and the staff in school to ensure they receive the best opportunity to excel academically and socially. There is a strong emphasis on developing children's confidence and the ability to socialise and excel at non-academic areas of the Curriculum. With this, the school are keen to appoint a teacher who has the right personality to fit with the strong school ethos.

The role will be to start from October half term on a full-time basis. The expectation is that the role will continue until the end of the Summer term 2021 on a temporary contract with the view to review in 2021.

The applying teachers must hold qualified teacher status and have experience of working in a KS2 department. Rates of pay are competitive. Experienced teachers are welcome to apply for this role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
