Do you have previous experience in a Customer Services or Support position where you can be the first point of call for colleagues? Our client are seeking a Commercial Support Executive to join their outstanding organisation based in Weybridge.
The position of the Commercial Support Executive will:
Support the Planning Manager on a daily basis Work with the team to foster a flexible working environment Deliver excellent cross-functional working communications to ensure the correct information Log all issues requiring further action Maintain the quality and integrity of the data Resolve issues or assign to the relevant second line support for resolution Make sure the user is kept updated Build and maintain a good relationship with all second level support teams Assist with bespoke projects Provide support and cover to all other sub functions Work with a ticketing system on a daily basis
The ideal Commercial Support Executive will:
Have previous customer service experience Work well under pressure Want to make a difference Be a real team player and lend a helping hand Maintain fantastic communication skills both written and verbal Be supportive and able to deliver Show initiative and suggest changes or improvements Work well on all Microsoft packages and pick up new systems quickly
