A leading international Asset Management firm are looking for an ambitious individual to join their London based finance team. The position focuses on the banking, purchase cycle administration and system support.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Certify expense system and process support - processing purchase invoices for the global business - Processing multi bank and multi-currency payments including bank reconciliations. - Assistance and ownership of select month end balance sheet processes - Cross training and providing cover for other members of the accounts payable team - Undertaking other general finance/administrative duties within the team, including support for revenue billings.
The role is heavily Accounts payable focused and therefore experience in processing high volume invoices is required. They are looking for a self-starter able to learn quickly and operate with minimum supervision. Experience in Asset management is advised.
