An exciting opportunity exists for an administrator with a financial services background. This is ideal for if you are looking to develop a great range of financial services skills with a leading firm based in Nottingham City Centre.

To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:

Prior financial planning administration experience gained within a corporate environment
Experience in financial services
Proficient in the use of MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
Knowledge of back office and research tools
Within this role you will support a number of IFAs and Paraplanners with all administration required to support a portfolio of clients, including reports and valuations. You will deal with queries from both Advisors and customers, arrange review meetings and ensure the delivery of the highest level of customer service. Within this position, you'll also be:

Undertaking product and market research
Obtaining detailed product information from providers
Preparing research and paperwork for client review meetings
Preparing draft suitability reports and documentation
Updating back office systems
Helping to undertake valuations
Ensuring your knowledge of product, legislative and technical changes is up to date
Salary & Working Hours

Salary is £20,000 - £25,000pa

This is a full-time permanent role.
