Our client based near Hebden Bridge require a Equipment Office Supervisor.

Purpose of Rule:

To manage and lead a team of new equipment support functions meeting the needs of our customers and providing excellent customer service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide training, mentoring and support for team, ensuring minimum standards and high customer service levels are provided
Utilise metrics and measurements to manage team / individual performance and demonstrate high customer levels
Escalate poor staff performance levels to line manager for immediate action
Monitor order book activity
Utilise resources within the company to provide solutions to problems
Cross functional team working to deliver efficient installation engineering excellence and high customer satisfaction
Manage HR records (i.e. approving holidays in accordance with the needs of the business, overtime and absence management)
Ensure all customer complaints relating to equipment support functions are resolved and completed in a timely manner
To deputise for Engineering Team Leader (i.e. ETL's) to cover absence, where applicable

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Minimum 3 years' experience managing a number of people

· Customer focus attitude, with a polite and professional manner

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Excellent levels of communication at all levels
