My client is a key player in the Document Management market, they are currently looking to fill an opening they have in their business and therefore would like to bring on an experienced 1st Line Support Team Leader. The responsibilities of the role
Managing a small team of 1st line support staff, you will be responsible for ensuring all SLA's are met.
Working alongside the team you will take a hands-on approach, assisting customers directly where needed.
Complete monthly 1 to 1's with staff ensuring they are performing to the highest of standards.
General management responsibilities such as approving holidays, disciplinary, appraisals etc..
Using your skillset, you will provide training to staff sharpening their skills where necessary.Experience you need
A minimum of 2 years' experience operating as a 1st line team leader.
Experience in the Document Management/ECM market.
Windows Server (Apply online only)).
Working with a Citrix environment.
Experience with Microsoft Exchange 2010.
Active Directory domain admin.
Thorough understanding of GDPR.
Experience collaborating with 1st, 2nd and 3rd line staff.
Outstanding trouble-shooting skills.
