An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HVAC Service Manager to join a fantastic HVAC & Refrigeration contractor based in the North West.
You will ideally have previous experience as a service/operation manager in a fast-paced environment and you will be able to manage the day to day running of a Service department. You will also be able to manage a team of office and field staff and be able to provide technical support. However, an experienced senior engineer looking to step up into management, would also be considered.
You will have;
Good fundamental knowledge of air conditioning and commercial gas system maintenance, repairs, commissioning and service
Experience in a service engineering environment
Line management experience
An understanding and appreciation of Employment Law practices
Awareness and best practice of Health & Safety Regulations
As Service Manager you will take responsibility for the day to day running of the Service Department and you will report directly to the National Service Director. You will manage, motivate and provide clear direction to all reports. You will maintain a clear focus on KPI delivery whilst maintaining cost control to ensure that the department obtains the best possible prices from all suppliers and deliver high quality and safe equipment to customers.
Salary is negotiable but you can expect around 45K + Bonus, Car and a range of other benefits.
