A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Internal Account Manager to join an established organisation based in Wellingborough.
The Internal Account Manager is responsible for processing of orders from a set range of customers and ensure increased business opportunities as well as offering day to day support of a customer portfolio and be the internal advocate for the customer's enquiries .
Develop strong working relationships with your customers.
Making outbound sales calls to customers in order to discuss core products ensuring that samples or replacements are up to date and replacements sent out when required.
Effectively develop your sales area by proactively targeting market sectors, key customers and upcoming opportunities.
Process customer orders and proactively chase orders when missed in customers buying pattern.
Quote for one off projects and keep track of them on the internal CRM.
Dealing with inbound calls from your customers requesting product and technical advice.
Ensure detailed records are kept and maintained with regards to all equipment and services provided to customer.
Prepare various monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis to identify new opportunities.Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Sales, Account Management or Business Support Coordination.
Proven practice in delivering client focused solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects at a time, with accuracy and attention to detail.
Confident user of MS Office products, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
Strong administrative, planning and organisational skills.
A strong team player with a desire to deliver over and above the customers' expectations in a fast-changing environment.
