Customer Account Manager required for Electronics manufacturing company based in Alton, Hampshire. Ideally you will have worked within an engineering environment preferably electronic manufacturing. Within this role you will be responsible for servicing existing and new accounts providing an excellent customer experience aiding them with their enquiries and orders. As a Customer Account Manager you will be required to provide a high level of customer service whilst managing expectations and ensuring profit margins are maintained for the business.
Customer Account Manager Requirements:
Previous experience of working within a customer service or account management role Preferably have experience of working within an engineering environment ideally electronic manufacturing Strong it skills including excel Strong communication skills both verbal and written Customer Account Manager Responsibilities:
